Because there is no such thing as one size fits all in a Pilates workout, I try to find workshops that focus on different types of bodies, fitness levels, and needs.

 
Debbie is an extraordinary instructor. She is inspiring, gentle, and knowledgeable. The physiology of our bodies is so complex and even in a class of several students, on zoom or in person, Debbie truly understands how our body should work and why, on an individual level, it isn’t able to. She corrects and explains why, so that we understand it and sticks in our memory. She is able to tailor each move to the individual because of her expertise in Pilates. My posture has improved over time and I feel so safe under her tutelage. She has also helped several friends with back injuries resulting from other activities. The class is rigorous and demanding as Debbie teaches with humour and spirit.
